Finding the perfect house can be an emotional roller coaster, yet when the right one comes along, it's all worth it. Dawn was the steady force behind our search for a house and she patiently and professionally filtered through the different houses on the market until she found one that suited us. Since it was our first home, we weren't familiar with the paperwork, inspections, legal jargon, etc., but she was able to "translate" everything into terms easy for us to understand.
